Shipping policy

For UK orders under £100, standard shipping is £5. Shipping is free for all orders over £100.

Once dispatched, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked, which usually arrives within 1–2 business days. International orders are sent via International Tracked, with a flat rate of £10.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10–14 working days. However, please be mindful that we’re a small business that makes garments to order, and during busy periods this may take a little longer.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.

Address Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@catevictoria.com within 7 days and we’ll help resolve the issue.
